What is the cost of shipping?

Orders have multiple shipping options! The cost of shipping will be calculated during checkout and is based on the weight of your order.(p.s. we never uncharge on shipping)

What if an item is damaged?

All packages are packaged with care in Cleveland, Ohio. However, feel free to contact us at hello@artistlydesigns.com if any issues arise during the shipping process.

How long will my order take?

All order are packed and shipping within 2-4 days of purchase. U.S. orders generally arrive within 5-7 business days.

A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment which can provide further clarification.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time. We hope to offer international shipping in 2025.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once the order has been processed, you will be emailed a tracking number which can be used to track your order.

How to return my order?

Return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Contact hello@artistlydesigns.com for more details on how to return your order.

The customer is liable for all shipping charges and any loss in value in the event of a returned order. Artistly Designs does cover return shipping charges for items that were sent incorrectly or damaged in transit.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

As long as the order has not shipped, reach out to hello@artistlydesigns.com to cancel your order.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards- Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Will I receive the same product as in the photos?

Yes! The photos are representative of the piece that you will receive.

Some items are handmade and may vary slightly from the photo which is always mentioned in the product description.
